STRESS LESS WITH PERSONAL SERVICE FROM OUR EVENT COORDINATORS

Allow your coordinator to execute all the details on the day of your special event:

  • Available for planning meetings with unlimited phone and email access during standard business hours

  • Provides free Bridal Faire exclusively for Hayloft  and Heritage clientele to taste food, meet preferred vendors, and get up close with options for florals, décor, lighting, and innovative and exciting products and services

  • Assists with wedding packet and contract completion

  • Extends discounts and free gifts

  • Offers valuable guidance and creative insight for your event

  • Carries out requests and confirms plans at the facility

  • Provides in-house and preferred vendor information

  • Advises on overnight accommodations, rehearsal dinners, vendors, transportation

  • Prepares venue estimates and assists with budgeting expenses

  • Coordinates ceremony rehearsal

  • Is present for all wedding day deliveries

  • Stores delivered items and provides placement of favors, guest book, ceremony requests, seating charts and name cards, décor, etc.

  • Prepares and provides on-site dressing areas for bridal party

  • Assists with in-house florals: placement of centerpieces and décor,  pinning of corsages, and boutonnieres, bouquet delivery to dressing room, etc.

  • Guides guests upon arrival

  • Assists line up of bridal party and advises of wedding day schedule

  • Oversees wedding day set up and expedites details

  • Keeps wedding day on schedule and coordinates DJ, caterer, photographers, additional vendors, and specialty services

  • Creatively presented in a dedicated space using elevated heights and other unique approaches to sweeten the display
