For nearly 20 years, we've been welcoming couples, families, friends, professionals, and more to our barns, hosting 50-60 events per season. You can rest assured, when you book your celebration at The Hayloft or Heritage, the planning process will be seamless and your event will be one to remember. From the beginning, we've aimed to provide all-inclusive venues that allow you to focus on celebrating while we take care of the details.

Our all-inclusive package invites you to stress less and make the most of your celebration:

  • Seating for 200+ guests, including bridal party, at both The Hayloft and Heritage

    • Heritage lower level accommodates up to ​150 guests; consult with your event coordinator on availability and cost

  • Free, convenient parking at ceremony/reception area

  • Seasonal interior and exterior décor + select centerpieces on guest tables

  • Fully furnished facility makes a great base to bring your vision to life

    • 60” round tables, white linens and white patio chairs at The Hayloft

    • Wooden farmer’s tables with black Chiavari chairs standard at the Heritage

  • Head tables with full service for bridal party

  • Cake table + unique gift and guest book displays

  • Spacious dance floor with special lighting and DJ booth

  • Fully set up bar - you just bring the adult beverages

  • Large deck under cover for sipping, sitting, socializing, with grain bin fire pit

  • Convenient smoking area

  • Buffet table presentation, excess food wrapped in non-returnable containers, quick chilled, and refrigerated until pick up

  • Six hours facility time beginning at the start of your ceremony (if held on site) or arrival of guests (if ceremony is held offsite)

  • NOTE: Ceremony site rental additional fee - see below.
